Want to learn more about how Acupuncture, Chinese Medicine and other Natural Health modalities can specifically help you before becoming a new patient? We have 3 ways to schedule a consultation.
Looking for a price list for acupuncture treatments?
The first step to becoming a new acupuncture patient is a private consultation to determine if you are a qualified candidate for our medical services. We do not offer one-time treatments to new patients (as that’s not how acupuncture works).
A non-refundable reservation fee of $50 is required in advance to secure your consultation (if you do not have a verified Anthem/BCBS plan), which is a medical case review evaluation.
Actual acupuncture treatment cost is determined at the consultation based on your specific medical condition and recommended treatments. In compliance with the No Surprises Act (effective January 1, 2022), we can provide you with a Good Faith Estimate indicating the cost(s) of the service(s) scheduled.
“Will insurance cover my acupuncture treatments?”
Every insurance plan is unique, just like you. We are considered an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies, except for Anthem/BCBS and Optum (VA Community Care).
Your plan may or may not cover your diagnosed condition and/or treatment. Upon request, we provide detailed billing statements you may submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement of each service rendered.
Your out-of-pocket cost for our services will be discussed at your private consultation. As a courtesy, we do directly bill Anthem/BCBS and Optum (VA Community Care) as an in-network provider once your Acupuncture benefits have been verified.
If your plan has acupuncture benefits, you will be responsible for your Co-pay, Co-insurance and/or Deductible and will not be required to pay the $50 non-refundable fee at the time of booking. Please note, we do not accept Medicare of any kind.
“But why can’t you just tell me the price?”
Since we are a medical clinic (not a spa), we cannot diagnose your medical condition or provide acupuncture cost estimates over the phone or email as we will not know the specifics of your case.
The cost of your acupuncture treatment will be determined based on a medical case review of your condition, duration, severity, medications, previous medical interventions, prognosis, and your treatment goals.
Any questions you have regarding your case or treatment plan or pricing will be answered during your private consultation.
