Now Serving Veterans in Richmond, Virginia and Surrounding Areas!
Dr. Micah Allen is proud to be accepted as an authorized medical practitioner with the Veterans’ Administration new Veteran Community Care Program through Optum to provide acupuncture services to our men and women in the Armed Forces. Did you know US Veterans now qualify for 100% covered acupuncture treatments through the new Veteran Community Care Program?
At our clinic, you will experience an in-depth consultation during your initial visit where we will discuss all aspects of your health (physical, psychological, and emotional) in order to provide a customized treatment plan just for you. Whether it is chronic pain, dependence issues, PTSD, or any other medical issue, rest assured, it is our primary objective to help you reach your healthcare goals and to experience a better quality of life.
Acupuncture is a simple, low-cost modality offering, effective and easily accessible support. It can also work in well with conventional treatment modalities such as counseling and medication.
Acupuncture has been hailed by the VA as a viable method to treat not only chronic pain but also as a viable way to reduce dependency and withdrawal symptoms related to addiction.
