I know, I know….it can be hard to incorporate exercise during the cold winter months. I’ve been doing my best to get back into my workout regimen these last few weeks and it’s been tough.
Here are a few reminders that I keep in mind as to why exercise is so important. I hope these are as motivating for you as they are for me.
Exercise can strengthen your body by increasing your muscle mass.
Mental health and clarity is improved with consistent exercise. Exercise is also an excellent stress reducer.
If your digestion is sluggish and needs a bit of encouragement. Exercise also stimulates and improves digestion.
If you’ve struggled with poor circulation, exercise can help with increasing your central and peripheral circulation.
Have you noticed that you are more susceptible to the common cold and flu?
Boost your immunity by exercising for at least 30 minutes per day.
Let’s do ourselves a favor and take that first step towards a healthier state by intentionally moving our body every day.
